South African Legacy Association badge

A movement, marked by our flag

The SALA crest carries the six colours of the South African flag — not as a stripe of blocks, but as a living gradient. Black, gold, green, white, blue and red, blending together. The same way our members blend across regions, disciplines and generations.

Who We Are

An organisation for generational transformation

The South African Legacy Association (SALA) is a registered non-profit established in 2022 by professionals, entrepreneurs and university students originating from the Mpondo heartlands — Lusikisiki, Flagstaff, Port St Johns, Bizana, Libode, Ngqeleni and Ntabankulu.

Today our network spans over 1,200 dedicated members across law, medicine, engineering, accounting, education and business — operating as a coordinated intergenerational pipeline from learner to community developer.
